This shop is the best!! I can't say it enough! I bought two lepidolite necklaces for my mom and dad back in May 2022. I specifically chose lepidolite because my dad had recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Anyway, the necklaces arrived very nicely packaged. I opened the boxes, and they were beautiful, and of amazing quality. I wasn't sure that he'd wear it, but he did so, and everyday...he loved it (perhaps the lepidolite energy too)! Anyway, a few weeks ago, the necklaces got all tangled up. It had been months, but I thought to contact Connie to see if she'd be able to separate/rethread them. She just asked that I send back what I had, and immediately sent my parents two new necklaces!! What an angel!! So grateful. My parents received them yesterday, and my mom said my dad loves it! I will support and purchase from this shop whenever I can, Connie is the best...thank you, love!! XO
