What is the difference between 6mm and 8mm beads?

The millimeter (mm) measurement refers to the size of each individual bead. 6mm beads are smaller and more delicate, giving the bracelet a lighter, more minimalist look. 8mm beads are larger and bolder, making more of a statement on the wrist. Both sizes are beautiful — it's all about your personal style!

How does stretch sizing work?

All of my bracelets are made with Stretch Magic elastic cord, so they slip on and off easily without a clasp. Most bracelets are made to fit an average adult wrist (approximately 6.5–7 inches). If you need a custom size — smaller for a child or larger for a bigger wrist — just reach out before ordering and I'll make it just for you!

Can I order a custom size?

Absolutely! Custom sizing is one of my favorite things to do. Send me a message with your wrist measurement and I'll create a piece that fits perfectly.

Gemstone Care

How do I care for my gemstone jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best and lasting as long as possible, please follow these simple care tips:

Remove your bracelet or necklace before swimming, showering, or exercising.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or jewelry box.
Gently wipe stones with a soft, dry cloth to clean.
Avoid dropping gemstone beads on hard surfaces, as natural stones can chip.

Will the elastic cord wear out over time?

Stretch Magic cord is very durable, but like all elastic, it can weaken over time with heavy use or exposure to water and chemicals. Following the care tips above will help extend the life of your bracelet significantly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — international shipping may be coming in the future!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale, as they are made specifically for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me right away with a photo of the item and I will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
